Pastor Jon Enter grew up in Nicollet, Minnesota. He was blessed with supportive Christian parents as well as two older sisters and one younger brother who love him very much. He had the privilege of Christian elementary education by attending Trinity Lutheran School in Nicollet. He continued his Christian education by attending Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School in New Ulm, Minnesota. In high school he was involved in sports, student government, drama, among other things. At MVL he was encouraged to go to Martin Luther College (MLC) in New Ulm, Minnesota to be a pastor or a teacher. Upon graduating from MVL in 1996, he attended MLC. He was again active in sports, student government, the male chorus, and the like. He graduated from MLC in 2000 and continued his theological training at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Pastor's wife, Debbi, grew up in Neillsville, Wisconsin. She was also blessed with supportive Christian parents and has one older brother who loves her very much. She had the privilege of Christian elementary education by attending St. John's Lutheran School in Neillsville. She continued her Christian education by attending Northland Lutheran High School in Wausau, Wisconsin, where she was also involved in a variety of school activities. Debbi had planned for many years to go to MLC to become a Lutheran grade school teacher. Upon graduating from NLHS in 1998, she attended MLC where she was again actively involved in student life.

Pastor Jon and Debbi met when she toured the MLC campus her junior year of high school. Jon was her tour guide. They began dating when Debbi became a student at MLC. They were together at MLC for two years when Pastor Jon graduated and moved to Mequon, Wisconsin, to further his education. After Debbi graduated from college in 2002, they were married on June 8. Almost immediately after the wedding, they moved to Wausau, Wisconsin, for pastor's vicar year at Mountain of the Lord Lutheran Church in Rib Mountain, Wisconsin. During his vicar year, Pastor Jon was busy with youth outings and evangelism and Debbi taught at NLHS as an English instructor. Pastor Jon's senior year at the Seminary took them back to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where in addition to his studies, Pastor Jon senior vicared at Salem Lutheran on Milwaukee's eastside. Pastor Jon served on Salem's Evangelism Committee and was involved in leading a recovery program called Grace Oasis. Debbi taught reading at Hope Christian School a WELS mission school located in the most poverty stricken area in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pastor Jon and Debbi are very excited to serve their Lord in West Palm Beach and are eagerly serving their new family at Hope Lutheran Church.
